Returns

1. **Eligibility for Returns**
   - Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
   - Products must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
   - The original packaging and tags must be intact.

2. **Non-Returnable Items**
   - Sale items or gift cards are non-returnable.
   - Customized or personalized products cannot be returned.

Refunds

1. **Processing Refunds**
   - Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
   - If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

2. **Shipping Costs**
   - Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
   - You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchanges
